This question is the second one.
The more important question is: WHEN will the facts about Council corruption in inner city East London get out?
For when they do, there will be no stopping the process of destruction of the careers of so many of the Party post holders involved in systematic theft and corruption in the area.
Tower Hamlets is then going to change.
Whether that change will be for the better is not certain.
But there will be change.
At the time of writing, it is quite possible that the change will bring added woes for the people in the borough.
The people, voters and others alike, who have been conned by the local party men and women for years, are in for a shock.
The question is: Do the perpetrators know this?
Q: Who are the perpetrators?
They are to be found in the Council. And in the many Council-aided outfits across the ‘opportunity’ areas.

POVERTY, destitution, anxiety and endless wait for benefit advice that James Purnell leaves behind in Bethnal Green

It has been another night of exhibition.
The BBC has been at it all night. Engaged in hiding the causes of poverty and denial. In the East End of London.
Work and Pensions cabinet minister James Purnell has been given a tremendous amount of publicity overnight. The BBC NEWS Channel devoted a non-stop two hour session after 10 PM [Thursday 4 June 2009] that played a number of file films showing Purnell walking in Downing Street and into the Department for Work and Pensions building in the same London district.
The BBC did not show Purnell at his desk. Nor did they discuss his performance as the cabinet minister in charge of Work and Pensions.
Had the BBC done so, they would have had to admit that in Bethnal Green, there were people this week waiting for basic incomes.
There is a place in the Bethnal Green Road where people with no income apparently get advice.
On Tuesday, there were people waiting outside an address, hoping to get advice. You could see the empty barren furniture through the glass window. The place is as empty as James Purnell’s Jobcentre plus 'operation'.
The word 'Operation' too is appropriate.
Not far from the spot where the three women and the two men - all Asian - waited indefinitely for the 'advice shop' to open, there is a remarkable business in ethnic manipulation that ahs been run by the Establishment.
It is an operation that is reminiscent of the days of empire. And of slavery.
It is called Operation Black Vote!
It is set by the Establishment with appropriate faces that are programmed to make routine appearances before and on all the approved agencies and forums.
Neither Operation Black Vote nor James Purnell could be linked evidentially to any campaign for accountability.
Yet the official documents, records, citations show that everything is being done to ‘address’ poverty and deprivation.
When the five Asians waited for benefit advice, they did so in certain knowledge that there is no truth in the claims that the BBC publishes. Or those that get retailed via the ‘ethnic’ media.
The ‘ethnic’ media in Britain are only ‘ethnic’ in that they are closer to the 'ethnic’ population. Closer in reaching the target.
But the message they carry is translated message.
Translated into 'ethnic’ from the mainstream English language Establishment.
And Tower Hamlets is the location of so much ‘ethnic’ targeting.
In fact the borough’s population is probably the most targeted in the entire western hemisphere.
In the night long propaganda that has been taking place about ‘Work and Pensions’ cabinet minister James Purnell, just quit, there has been no reports about Work and Pensions. None about poverty. None about the manufacture of statistics.
The same applies to Operation Black Vote.
It is a propaganda tool that is deployed to give the State a plus point in the manipulation of perceptions.
When the USA elected B Obama, the BBC went on overdrive in promoting the token ethnic outfits. Operation Black Vote was a permanent fixture.
They were allowed to perpetrate the multiple ignorance and joined in the parade of wondering: Will Britain have an Obama? Can Britain have an Obama?
They forget that in Britain, they never elect a Head of Government. Or the head of State.
And they forget about the very solid line that divides the two systems. Historically.
They also forget that racist slotting is very active and firmly entrenched in Britain.
Hence the overnight appearance of Matthew D’Ancona, ‘editor’ of the Spectator, on the BBC News Channel.
He was another expert, so the BBC suggested who was in possession of insight into what was about to happen to Gordon Brown.
Matthew D’Ancona became a bit part celebrity a few years back, claiming to have written an authoritative book about Bethnal Green!
Strange that he has not seen any of the poverty stricken people waiting for benefit advice in Bethnal Green!
Just like the now ex Work and Pensions Secretary.
In all his appearances in the past year or so, James Purnell has used one claim regularly: We are there to help families finds work and get training and skills.
Not the families to whom those five Asians waiting for advice in the Bethnal Green Road belong!

London, Nov 12: Just days after Home Secretary Jacqui Smith announced tough new measures to name and shame foreign-based extremists barred from UK, Muslim hate preacher Omar Bakri Muhammad has dodged the law to preach his warped views in the UK.
More than 200 Muslims attended a packed public meeting in Tower Hamlets and were told by organiser Anjem Choudary: “We have a special surprise, a special treat for you. Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad will be joining us on a live feed from Lebanon.”
“As Muslims, we will not submit to any man-made law, any government, or any prime minister - Bush or Brown - or [to] Jacqui Smith. We submit to Allah,” he added.
Choudary, who with Bakri led the fanatical Al-Muhajiroun organisation - notorious for its glorification of terrorism and the 9/11 attacks before its banning and dissolution in 2004 -warmed up the crowd, two Sundays ago, with his own inflammatory rhetoric.
Bakri, who was booted out of Britain after calling for the West’s downfall, addressed a meeting of young Muslims via a videolink from Lebanon, the Daily Star reported.
Bakri, who is on the UK’s terror watch list, sidestepped the law by not appearing at the east London meeting in person.
Choudary, who had booked the council-run room in Tower Hamlets for the event, told the gathering that taking over the UK was their “duty”.
He said: “It is our religious obligation to prepare ourselves both physically and mentally and rise up against Muslim oppression and take what is rightfully ours. We will not rest until the flag of Allah and the flag of Islam is raised above 10 Downing Street.”
He said there were only two types of proper Muslims – those in jail and those who would shortly be in jail, and added “we need to submit to the will of Allah.”
The police and Home Office said they were unsure if allowing Bakri to address the four-hour meeting had broken laws. (ANI)

The Respect MP for the east London constituency of Bethnal Green and Bow – where many of his constituents are Muslim – submitted a claim for £32 on his Incidental Expenses Provision for the festive greetings cards.
However, the claim was rejected by the Parliamentary fees office, who informed the MP it was against the rules.

In a letter to Mr Galloway a member of the fees office stated: "The Department of Resources disallows costs relating to Christmas cards as they do not fall within the remit of this allowance."
On Saturday night, Mr Galloway said the claim was a "simple error" by a new member of staff.
As an MP for an inner-London constituency Mr Galloway is not eligible to claim a second home allowance. He did however receive a £1,978 supplement for MPs from the capital last year.
The previous year he received the maximum £2,712 London allowance.
An analysis carried out earlier this year by The Sunday Telegraph found that Mr Galloway, who was expelled from the Labour Party in 2003 for accusing Tony Blair and President George Bush of acting "like wolves" in Iraq, represents the least value for money for his constituents of any MP.
The analysis was based on a breakdown of how much each of the UK's 646 MPs claimed in expenses compared to their work in Parliament, with Ulster MPs and Ministers excluded from the list.
Mr Galloway turned up for just five per cent of votes, spoke in only four debates and submitted just three questions to Ministers. Despite this he claimed a total of £136,390 in expenses last year, including office and staffing.
Once his attendance, voting and speaking record was taken into account Mr Galloway ranked bottom in terms of value for money.
However, he rejected claims that he is one of the least hard-working MPs, contrasting himself with "backbench poodles with pagers who pipe up for any policy in order to keep in with their party whips and advance their careers".
Last year Mr Galloway was also paid £10,000 from the public purse in order to reimburse his friend and political assistant Ron McKay for setting up and running his constituency website and designing constituency leaflets.
Mr McKay had originally submitted a bill for £11,815, but this was reduced by the fees office as some of the items claimed for did not fall under the remit of the Communications Allowance.
Mr Galloway, who has appeared as a house mate in Channel 4's Celebrity Big Brother, also claimed £17,721 in office costs under his Incidental Expenses Provision and £94,000 in staffing allowance last year.
Before his victory in Bethnal Green and Bow in the 2005 general election, Mr Galloway represented the Labour stronghold of Glasgow Kelvin. This entitled him to a second home allowance, which in 2004/05 he claimed in full.
That year he submitted an Additional Costs Allowance claim for £22,637, including £12,000 for rent on his Glasgow flat, £3,500 for food, £3,837 for telephone and communications and £1,700 for cleaning and maintenance.
This was reduced by the fees office to £20,902, the maximum allowed under the rules.
Mr Galloway last night staunchly defended his record as an MP, describing himself as "one of the 'best-value'".
He pointed out that his constituency office is one of the busiest in the country, handling thousands of complex personal cases a year, and that he partly subsidises the employment of five members of staff out of fees received for his media work.
He said: "I have written literally thousands of letters over the last four years on behalf of constituents and followed up their cases.
"I am in the House of Commons almost every day, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
"It is pointless to vote in most votes when the votes themselves are a foregone conclusion. Moreover, Parliamentary questions are used by many MPs for grandstanding."
Mr Galloway said: "I believe that the Telegraph group's revelations on MPs expenses have been, in the main, legitimate, but I believe I am both a prominent MP and one of the 'best value' for both my constituents and beyond, and not the MP you seek to portray."

Poverty of the MPs is in the grotesque shamelessness... and petty greed
EAST LONDON PRESS says at 0510 Hrs on Tuesday 31 March 2009: It is not just Harry Cohen, the east London MP who used to flaunt a faker beard and spout strings of calculated socialistic confections... Having lost BOTH in order to stay on the bandwagon, Cohen seems to have also lost any sense of rationality. And dignity. How else could he be saying those things, comparing himself to Churchill in that way? There were indeed many flaws in Churchill’s life and character. But Harry Cohen is not remotely convincing as a comparable Member of Parliament...Or as a member of society... What Cohen’s banal boast tells us about him is that he belongs to a parliament of political, mental, moral pigmies with no evident shame...
